The grocery store! I took these ten days ago but they didn't make it onto my little space here until now. The tulips are going, going, gone right now, but they'll make way for all the greenery of summer.
tulip love. {part two.}
Last week, I took a bunch of photos of tulips because there is an amazing variety in our neighbourhood right now. Here is part two of that series. They just mean that we're hopefully getting closer and closer to summer!
granville island market.
I love the market at Granville Island even if it's really busy and touristy sometimes. It's a gorgeous display of colour and there is almost nothing that exemplifies Vancouver more. Here's a little taste for those of you who aren't in this lovely city right now.
tulip love. {part one.}
My magnolia and cherry blossom love is well-documented on this little corner of the internet. Lately though Vancouver has felt a little more like the Netherlands. more magnolias. {updated}
Another magnolia, not quite opened, in white and covered in rain drops, this time. Here's another one ... I can't help myself.

Stanley Park! On Saturday we took a long bike ride around Stanley Park. I thought that I had seen Stanley Park but realized on a jaunt to the Vancouver Aquarium last weekend (another place I'd never been after three years of living here ... for shame) that I really hadn't seen it in all it's …
