Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp. Water
- 1 cup White sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Wings
- 3 lbs. Chicken wings
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Butter (or oil for frying/browning)
- Cut wings in half.
- Dip in slightly beaten egg and then in flour.
- Fry until brown and crisp.
- Put in shallow roasting pan and pour sauce over wings.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, spoon sauce over wings during cooking.
